MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127021 A) filed by Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on Dec. 15, 2025, for 'system and method for enabling verified access to diagnostic reports.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system (106) and a method (300) for enabling verified access to one or more diagnostic reports. The system (106) includes one or more imaging devices (102) adapted to generate the one or more medical images (102a, 102b, 102c). At least one control unit (108) in communication with the imaging devices (102) and configured to receive the one or more medical images (102a, 102b, 102c) from at least one of a user input and one or more imaging devices (102). Preprocess the one or more received medical images (102a, 102b, 102c), generate one or more diagnostic reports corresponding to one or more received medical images (102a, 102b, 102c) based on the preprocessing. Store the one or more generated diagnostic reports on the IPFS (110). Enable a verified access to the one or more stored diagnostic reports, to allow one or more authorised users to access the stored diagnostic reports."
