The system (100) comprises an RF transmission module (102) with a directional switch generates unique, authenticated RF codes corresponding to the intended travel direction of the emergency vehicle. A traffic control receiver (104) validates incoming RF codes, executes arbitration logic to resolve multiple requests, and switches the corresponding traffic light to a priority state, with automatic timeout-based restoration to normal cycles. Simultaneously, at least one biomedical sensor (106) monitors patient vital parameters such as oxygen saturation and electrocardiogram signals, the data being processed, filtered, and displayed in real time on a display unit (108). A wireless communication interface (112) transmits structured telemetry packets, including timestamp and ambulance identification, to a hospital monitoring station over Wi-Fi. A backup power module ensures uninterrupted operation."
