The user feedback associated with performance of at least one device 103 is obtained, such that the user feedback corresponds to at least one function of the at least one device 103. Further, relevant logs associated with the corresponding user feedback associated with the corresponding device are extracted using a first machine learning technique, and a set of log sequences corresponding to at least one function of the corresponding device are identified from the extracted relevant logs. From the identified set of logs, anomalous log events are identified. Furthermore, the root cause is determined based on a correlation between the identified anomalous log events and the user feedback."
