The method comprises extracting (804) a set of attribute values based on the content and the optimal interaction, wherein the set of attribute values is indicative of user behaviour patterns with respect to each content type. The method comprises classifying (806) the content based on the extracted set of attributes values, wherein the classification determines the sensitivity of the content as either of interest or of non-interest. The method comprises controlling (808) access to the content for one or more applications associated with the electronic device based on the classified content being one of interest or non-interest to the user."
