The system receives multi-domain datasets from external databases including climate data spanning surface temperature and precipitation patterns, air quality indicators comprising particulate matter concentrations, socio-economic variables including gross domestic product and renewable energy consumption, and health system indicators including life expectancy and physician density. The processor executes a data processing module performing missing value imputation through hierarchical techniques, feature scaling transformations, and generation of derived variables including emissions intensity and healthcare resilience indices. The processor executes a machine learning module training multiple model architectures including random forest regressors, neural networks, and long short-term memory networks on preprocessed data to establish predictive relationships. The system provides technical advancement through integrated processing architecture reducing forecasting latency."
