MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421029109 A) filed by Kavirise Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra, on July 10, 2024, for 'system and method for automatic cleaning of one or more wireless charging pads.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments herein disclosure relates to an automated cleaning system 100 designed to clean wireless charging pads 102A-N. The automated cleaning system 100 comprises one or more sensors one or more sensors 104 to detect contamination or objects on the wireless charging pads 102A-N. Once detected, a control unit 116 identifies the dirty pad and determines the best cleaning approach, including path, intensity, and sequence. A cleaning assembly 106 equipped with the first brush unit 108, second brush unit 110 and set of wheels 114, travels along a track to the wireless charging pads 102A-N. The first brush unit 108 and the second brush unit 110 then clean the pad surface. The control unit 116 assesses if more pads need cleaning, either repeating the process or skipping clean ones. The automated cleaning system 100 also manages the motor 112 and ensures the cleaning assembly returns to its starting point after finishing."
