MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641064276 A) filed by StratSyn Ai Technology Services Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on May 21, for 'system and method for ai model and hardware selection with inferred constraints, personalization, and ordinal-overrides.'
Inventor(s) include Rajkumar Joseph; and Amala Subramanian.
The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a multi-aware apparatus (100) and method enabling non-technical users to drive joint AI model and hardware selection through scenario-level inputs that deterministically map to technical parameters via inference, personalization, and ordinal overrides on a per-query basis. A computing server (300) with processors (302) and memory (304) implements a user interface module (102) receiving persistent personalization via context cards (104) and per-query overrides via ordinal button groups (106). For each query, a translation layer module (120) infers task archetype, complexity tier, recency, data sensitivity via PII detection, and content safety classification using a predefined knowledge database (160). A parameter derivation module (130) computes inference parameters and AHP weights cascaded through personalization and real-time overrides. A recommendation engine module (140) jointly selects model and hardware by ranking candidate model-provider-hardware tuples via a multi-method MCDM pipeline comprising PROMETHEE II, Pareto Dominance, Borda Count Fusion, and conditional VIKOR."
