MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511134258 A) filed by Utkarsh Bhanu, New Delhi, on Dec. 31, 2025, for 'system and method for ai-based data analysis and intelligent decision support.'
Inventor(s) include Utkarsh Bhanu.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a system and method for AI-based solution analysis and decision support based on a framework of technically validated causal relationships that leads to technically valid and executable decisions. A processor with an attached RAM (random-access memory) is the main part of this disclosed solution, and it can acquire, validate the source and integrity of multiple sources of data, correlate the results from its analytical processes with system state parameters in real time, and create validated cause-and-effect relationships before generating a decision. Both predictive and feasibility analyses are performed based on the same set of data, and together contribute to the basis for making engineering-level decisions. In addition, the disclosed solution enforces multi-layer constraint, provides for adaptive decision simulation, and selectively authorizes or suppresses the generation of certain decision outputs based on the level of confidence in the causal relationships, extent of operational feasibility, and the level of system stability. By intentionally suppressing "unsafe" or "non-executable" decisions and creating an audit trail for all decisions made using the AI tool, the present invention converts AI from a statistical recommendation generator into a controlled, execution-aware decision authorization mechanism, which enhances the ability of intelligent decision-support systems to operate reliably, safely, and with proper governance."
