MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517048676 A) filed by Genius Sports SS, Llc, Los Angeles, on May 20, for 'synchronization of video cameras.'
Inventor(s) include Quiroga Sepulveda, Julian Armando; and Maldonado Lopez, Edisson O.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed are systems and methods for synchronously capturing video using respective cameras of a plurality of devices. The devices capture video according to a schedule based on a common camera period and a common synchronized clock, and adjust their video capture parameters based on departures from the schedule."
