According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a synchronization method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving a wake-up message sent by a network device, wherein the wake-up message can comprise synchronization information, and the synchronization information can be used for instructing the terminal device to perform synchronization. Thus, a terminal device can acquire synchronization information in a wake-up message, and perform synchronization with a network device on the basis of the synchronization information, such that the duration of synchronization between the terminal device and the network device can be reduced."
