MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311087490 A) filed by Hero Motocorp Limited, New Delhi, on Dec. 21, 2023, for 'switch of vehicle.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a switch (100) of a vehicle (10), comprising a housing (102) accommodating a first switching unit (104) and a second switching unit (106); a first knob element (108) upon pressing, traversing from a first state to a second state, the first knob element (108) actuating the first switching unit (104) in the second state; a second knob element (110) upon pressing, traversing from a third state to a fourth state, the second knob element (110) actuating the second switching unit (106) in the fourth state; and a third knob element (112) upon pressing, traversing from a fifth state to a sixth state, the third knob element (112) actuating the first switching unit (104) and the second switching unit (106) in the sixth state."
