MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511115674 A) filed by Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 22, 2025, for 'swimming training system for competitive athletes.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A swimming training system for competitive athletes, comprises of a plurality of rotatable AI-enabled cameras 102 mounted on telescopic poles 103 via universal joints 104 to track swimmer movements, a wave generator arrangement with adjustable water propulsion units 105 to create controlled resistance or assistance, a floating lane alignment arrangement with motorized articulated arms 108 and flaps 107 to maintain proper lane 106 boundaries, a swimsuit 110 and swimming glasses 111 to monitor body movement and physiological parameters via a plurality of physiological monitoring sensors, a haptic feedback module 112 to guide stroke corrections, a processing module with AI and ML protocols to analyze real-time and historical data, an adaptive AI coaching module to generate personalized training recommendations, a plurality of optical water-level sensors to ensure proper pool 101 conditions, a display 113 and water-resistant speaker 114 to provide visual and auditory guidance to the swimmer."
