MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411003685 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on Jan. 18, 2024, for 'swimming training system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A swimming training system, comprising a touch enabled screen 1 associated with system installed at a periphery of a swimming pool for enabling a user to select a level of swimming training required by user, a holographic projection unit 2 mounted in proximity to the screen 1 for projecting videographic illustrations in view of guiding the user in performing the fetched swimming stroke, a camera 3 mounted at periphery for capturing multiple images of user while performing training, speaker 4 mounted at periphery of swimming pool for notifying user to maintain an accurate body posture and a communication module integrated with microcontroller for sending an alert on a computing unit for notifying a concerned person to assist user in order to prevent user from drowning."
