All the collected data/ information of the patient is securely stored in their devices and will be automatically added with a central database once the internet connection is available. This application supports multilingual features and optional voice input to make it easier for the health care workers to use. By replacing existing register books with this system, it improves the accuracy of the data, reduces record/information loss, and supports regular monitoring."
