MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641049396 A) filed by J. J. College Of Engineering And Technology, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, on April 17, for 'sustainable cooling with solar refrigerators.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Shobana M; S. Narayanasamy; Dr. Suresh G; and Ar. Manjuladevi.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A solar-powered refrigerator featuring a switch that independently controls electric current supply to one or more variable-speed compressors.
