MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411006625 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on Jan. 31, 2024, for 'suspension enhancement device for four-wheeler vehicles.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Manjit Singh; Gurkirat Singh; Prateek Ranjan; and Saumil Aggarwal.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A suspension enhancement device for four-wheeler vehicles, comprising a platform 1 positioned on a ground surface in proximity to a four-wheeler vehicles, a touch interactive display panel 3 enabling a user to specify details regarding a model, a mode of operation along with type of terrain over which user desires to travel for evaluating compatibility of vehicle along with determining a positioning of a stabilizer, a robotic link configured with a motorized wrench 4 for unfasten nuts of wheels disengaging wheel from vehicle, a robotic arm 7 installed on platform 1 for securing a suitable stabilizer from chamber 6 and further positioning stabilizer over a particular portion of a suspension part of vehicle and an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 8 determine successful installation of stabilizer within suspension part, followed by actuation of wrench 4 and clippers 5 to work in collaboration for reengaging wheel with vehicle."
