MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013344 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 23, 2024, for 'surface levelling device for concrete slab.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A surface levelling device for concrete slab comprises of a platform 1 installed with a laser sensor for detecting evenness of the slab's surface, multiple motorized gears 2 for providing movement to multiple curve shaped links 3 attached with the gears 2 in order to provides movement to the platform 1 towards the determined uneven surface, a L-shaped telescopic rod 4 for extending to position a motorized cutting unit 5 attached with the towards the detected surface for eliminating the uneven surface, an imaging unit 6 for capturing images of the surface, a robotic link 7 configured with a flap 8 for piling of remains from the surface, a vacuum based cleaning unit 9 for cleaning the piled-up remains, and a chamber 11 for storing a cement mixture, an electronic nozzle 12 for dispensing the mixture on the surface."
