MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411018869 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 14, 2024, for 'surface levelling device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Ramakant Upadhyay; and Dr. Bed Prakash.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A surface levelling device, comprising a body 1 positioned on a ground surface that is vital for levelling, multiple rollers 2 are arranged underneath body 1 for moving the body 1 on surface, an imaging unit 3 mounted on body 1 for capturing images of the surface, display panel 4 assembled on body 1 for displaying the mapping of that surface to get levelled, a holographic projection assembled on body 1 for projecting a path on surface, an ultrasonic sensor assembled on body 1 for detecting height of user, a rod 6 is arranged with handle 7 for extending at appropriate height for gripping to the user, a laser sensor installed on body 1 for detecting presence of unlevelled surface, multiple hydraulically operated pistons 8 assembled underneath body 1 for extending or retracting towards the surface in order to level the unlevelled surface."
