MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517089421 A) filed by Nordson Corporation, Westlake, U.S.A., on Sept. 19, for 'support member for supporting sheet, dispenser assembly and coating system.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A support member for supporting a sheet, a dispenser assembly and a coating system are provided. The support member (3) for supporting a sheet (1) comprises: a base (30); a first hump (31) connected to the base; and a second hump (32) connected to the base, wherein widths of the first hump and the second hump both correspond to a width of a portion of the sheet to be coated; a gap exists between the first hump and the second hump, so that when the sheet moves on the support member against the first hump and the second hump, a portion of the sheet between the first hump and the second hump can move up and down. The dispenser assembly comprises a dispenser and the support member, and the coating system comprises a plurality of dispenser assemblies."
