According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided in the present disclosure are SHR recording methods, apparatuses, a device and a storage medium. A method comprises: when a terminal has successfully completed handover between different radio access type (RAT) cells, in response to detecting an SHR trigger event, the terminal records an SHR in a first variable. The methods disclosed in the present disclosure may achieve successful recording and reporting of an SHR during handover of different RAT cells."
