According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The Smart Recruitment Recommendation System is a recent AI-based application that seeks to redefine the hiring process of students on campus by providing a full, competency-based analysis of every student. This system involves a Skill Index Score (SIS) to assess candidates and this index involves the academic records, technical, certifications, project experiences, aptitudes, and communication skills of the candidates as well as the domain knowledge. This is unlike conventional approaches where CGPA cutoffs and college rankings are used as the primary methods. The site applies powerful machine learning models to objectively assess every factor. This minimizes prejudice and ensures that shortlisting of candidates is correct. The system enables the students to continue with their progress enabling them to take up further tests and enhance their SIS. This simplifies the process of evaluation and makes it more dynamic and merit based. The technology extends beyond the recruitment process by actually granting stud."
