According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A structure for holding a flap (3) of a bottle cap and a bottle. By setting the length and the position of an inner side notch (111) and the length and the position of an outer side notch (121), when the flap (3) is turned over by 180 degrees, a contact portion exists between a bottle cap base (2) and the flap (3); a pulling force of a connecting band (4) elastically deforms the contact portion, or the connecting band (4) is stretched to be elastically deformed, and after the flap (3) is turned over by more than 180 degrees, the contact portion or the connecting band (4) rebounds, such that the flap (3) is in a stressed and holding state, and it can be ensured that the flap (3) is kept in an open state, thereby avoiding the situation where the flap (3) comes into contact with the mouth or the nose of a user during drinking, thus affecting the drinking. The structure has the characteristics of being convenient to use and convenient to open. In addition, the structure of the bottle cap is also simplified, and molding and production difficulties are further reduced."
