MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517050994 A) filed by Posco Co. Ltd., Gyeongsangbuk, Republic of Korea, on May 27, for 'steel sheet and method for manufacturing same.'
Inventor(s) include Ahn, Yeon-Sang; Cho, Hang-Sik; and Ryu, Joo-Hyun.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a high-strength steel sheet used for a vehicle structural member, etc. and, more specifically, to a steel sheet having excellent formability and crashworthiness, and a method for manufacturing same."
