The apparatus (100) comprises a base frame (102) supporting a pair of sliding rails (104) equipped with vertically protruded plates (106) having U-shaped slots (108). A pair of cylindrical rollers (112), each having a pair of roller arms (110) extending from opposite ends, are positioned within the U-shaped slots (108) to support the rear wheel (114) of the bicycle. A pair of vertical support stands (116) reinforce a pair of inclined mounting arms (118), each provided with multiple vertically arranged bolt holes (120) for adjustable axle (124) mounting. A dual-threaded bolt mechanism (122) secures the rear axle (124), allowing compatibility with various bicycles. The apparatus (100) enables dynamic resistance control by adjusting the roller spacing, and offers modularity, stability, and portability for home or commercial indoor cycling applications."
