MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514092610 A) filed by Schott Pharma Schweiz Ag, St. Gallen, Switzerland, on Sept. 26, 2025, for 'stacking of nests for pharmaceutical containers.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Berlinger, Marcel; and Bieg, Jorg Christoph.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A first structure comprising a first plurality of receptacles, for accommodating containers for pharmaceutical, medical, and/or cosmetic compositions, wherein said first plurality of recep-tacles comprise sidewalls at least partially enclosing interiors of said receptacles; wherein the first plurality of receptacles are adapted and arranged such that when the first structure is arranged in contact with a further structure, comprising a further plurality of re-ceptacles, wherein said further plurality of receptacles comprise sidewalls at least partially enclosing interiors of said receptacles, at least one or all of the following applies: I. 30 % or less of a length of the sidewalls of the first plurality of receptacles is located in the further plurality of receptacles, and/or, II. 30 % or less of a length of the sidewalls of the further plurality of receptacles is located in the first plurality of receptacles."
