According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive configuration information indicating that transmissions for a data radio bearer (DRB) associated with sidelink (SL) transmission can be performed in a regular quality of service (QoS) state and/or in a limited survival time QoS state. The WTRU may start a survival time timer based on a channel measurement and/or a determination that a transmission on a configured SL resource was dropped based on a channel occupancy ration (CR) being above a threshold. The WTRU may transmit at least a first transport block (TB) based on the survival time timer running. The first TB may include data of the DRB in the SL in accordance with transmission parameters corresponding to the limited survival QoS. The WTRU may transmit at least a second TB based on expiry of the survival time timer."
The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 07, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/018907.
