MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521122658 A) filed by Akhilesh Narayan Singh, Durg, Chattisgarh, on Dec. 5, 2025, for 'spagyric cellular-detoxification and immune-activation herbal composition.'
Inventor(s) include Akhilesh Narayan Singh.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is an invention relating to a spagyric cellular-detoxification and immune-activation herbal composition configured to deliver full-spectrum bioactive support through a structured blend of four botanically derived components. The composition comprises Hydrastis canadensis root extract, Aconitum napellus root extract, Viscum album leaf extract, and Berberis vulgaris bark extract integrated in predetermined ratios and processed through a multi-stage spagyric methodology. Each botanical undergoes alcoholic extraction, calcination of residual plant matter, mineral-salt recovery, and recombination to generate a unified matrix retaining essential oils, alcohol-soluble fractions, and purified salts. The extracts are sequentially combined to form a bioactive base matrix, followed by immune-coordinating and detox-stabilizing phases, resulting in a composition exhibiting physiologically compatible pH and enhanced biochemical stability. The invention provides a structured, full-spectrum herbal system configured to support intracellular cleansing, membrane equilibrium, cellular-energy modulation, and immune-responsive behaviour."
