MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019750 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 17, 2024, for 'space optimization assistive device for workstation.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Ramakant Upadhyay.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A space optimization assistive device for workstation comprises a platform 1 utilize to position on a ground surface via a set of rods 2, that is to be utilized by a user as a workstation, a chamber 3 segregated into multiple sections 4 configured with the platform 1 for allowing a user to place multiple chargers of different electronic gadgets while passing cables of the chargers through a slit carved on the platform 1, a touch enabled screen 5 installed on the platform 1 for to give input commands regarding the gadgets that are to be charged, a holographic projection unit 6 installed on the platform 1 for projecting holograms to guide the user in arranging the gadgets on the platform 1, and a battery configured with the platform 1 for inserting conducting pins of the chargers in the members 11 for supplying electrical power to the chargers."
