MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511113728 A) filed by Rahul Ramakrishnan; and Nexxon Computers Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon, Haryana, on Nov. 19, 2025, for 'sourcerail - sovereign user-ai context exchange rail.'

Inventor(s) include Rahul Ramakrishnan.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "SourceRail is a governed context rail for AI systems. It turns raw context from screens, databases and hybrid edge-cloud sessions into structured "frames" with fixed tokens, deterministic region-of-interest (ROI) selection and pre-egress metering. Each frame is wrapped in a FRAMER container with a covered header checksum, plan and ROI digests, a live session envelope and a canonical manifest; all important actions are recorded as device-signed telemetry events linked by digest/prev fields. An enforcement gate, implemented in software and optionally in dedicated silicon, evaluates a single ALLOW predicate over header truth, metering truth, policy witnesses and sovereignty fuses, so that governed bytes can only leave the device when the same calculus holds on both pixel and data rails. For hybrid sessions, the rail packages telemetry into countersigned session packs that both device and cloud workers must agree on, and rolls metering deltas into settlement roots so that economic effects can be reconciled from receipts alone. The system allows AI products to use pixels, records and cross-model teaching safely, with provable ordering, deletion receipts and "context-as-a-service" billing, without ever exposing raw context outside the governed rail."
