MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517091842 A) filed by Videojet Technologies Inc., Wood Dale, U.S.A., on Sept. 25, for 'solvent resistant inks.'
Inventor(s) include Weng, Wei; Xiao, Fengfei; Deng, Godwin; and Zhu, Linfang.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described herein are inkjet ink compositions for continuous inkjet printing comprising a solvent, a cosolvent, a binder resin, and a colorant. Such inkjet ink compositions are resistant to organic solvents, such as alcohols, and are intended for use in industries where such solvents are commonly used, such as electronics, cosmetics, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals."
The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 05, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/018564.
