Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Solid Forms Of Naphthyridine Compounds' Filed by Amgen Inc.

MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517057826 A) filed by Amgen Inc., Thousand Oaks, U.S.A., on June 16, for 'solid forms of naphthyridine compounds.'

Inventor(s) include Li, Weikun; Park, Hyunsoo; Reid, Darren, Leonard; Smith, Adam, Nicholas; and Wu, Tian.

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein are various solid forms of Compound A, including crystalline and amorphous forms of Compound A free base, as well as salt forms, cocrystals, and solvates thereof. Also disclosed are methods of making the salt, cocrystal, and solvate forms, and methods of treating diseases and disorders with the salt, cocrystal, and solvate forms (Compound A)."
