MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517042371 A) filed by Kadmon Corporation, Llc, Bridgewater, U.S.A., on May 1, for 'solid dispersion comprising amorphous 2-[3-[4-(lh-indazol-5- ylamino)quinazolin-2-yl]phenoxy]-npropan-2-yl-acetamide.'

Inventor(s) include Regev, Galit; and Schueller, Olivier.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a solid dispersion comprising amorphous belumosudil. The present disclosure also provides pharmaceutical dosage forms comprising the solid dispersion comprising amorphous belumosudil as an active pharmaceutical ingredient and methods of using the pharmaceutical dosage forms to treat diseases or disorders regulated by ROCK."
