MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441011925 A) filed by Sus-Tech Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, on Feb. 20, 2024, for 'solar plant efficiency improvising smart tool.'

Inventor(s) include Kakarla Vijaya Kumari; and Kondapaneni Sivaji.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A solar plant efficiency improvement device comprising of an improvised water tank, a plurality of wiper assemblies, a plurality of solenoids, a solar tracking system, a 360 degree swivel mechanism, a plurality of drip nozzles arranged on a pipe, a thermostat and a multi-channel control unit. The wiper assembly further comprising of a rubber wiper attached to a DC motor and is configured to slide along the solar panel, and the multichannel control unit measures the output voltage of each solar panel and references it with expected output voltage based on the solar tracker signal, and when the output voltage of a solar panel is determined as low, the control unit activates the wiper assembly of that particular solar panel to clear the panel from dust."
