According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A solar panel management and maintenance system, comprising a solar panel assembly 101 mounted over a rectangular metallic frame 102, the frame 102 connected to an iron pillar 103 via a primary motorized ball and socket joint 104, enabling multi-axis rotation for adjusting inclination and orientation toward sunlight, a cleaning unit is mounted horizontally over the frame 102 via a motorized slider 105, configured to clean the solar panels on detection of particulate matter, the cleaning unit includes a roller 106 with soft bristles 107 mounted on a robotic link 108 and multiple nozzles 109 connected to a conduit 110 and water pump 111, with the pump 111 supplied by a water tank 112, a protective cage 113 with an iron frame 113a, weather sensors, thermal cameras 113b, and a motorized rollable fiber sheet 113c, a plurality of reflectors 114 mounted via articulated arms 115 to maximize light intensity."
