MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012520 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 21, 2024, for 'soil levelling device.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A soil levelling device, comprises of a cylindrical shaped body 1 developed to be positioned over a land surface, a pair of plate 2 attached with the body 1 via a telescopic rod 3 for providing support to the body 1 and gripping the land surface, an artificial intelligence based image capturing module 4 for capturing multiple images of the surroundings, a motorized circular slider 5 for positioning the rod 3 over the plane surface, a magnetic actuator 6 for pushing a circular plate 7 installed at the bottom of the actuator 6 for levelling the irregular land surface, an electronically controlled nozzle 8 installed beneath the body 1 and connected with a chamber 9 stored with water for dispensing water over the hard land surface, and a speaker 10 for notifying the user regarding refilling of the chamber 9."
