Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Soft Pigmented Continuous Ink Jet Ink Compositions' Filed by Videojet Technologies Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517079492 A) filed by Videojet Technologies Inc., Wood Dale, U.S.A., on Aug. 21, for 'soft pigmented continuous ink jet ink compositions.'

Inventor(s) include Xiao, Fengfei; Deng, Godwin; Kim, Yongman; Pierce, Jeffrey; and Zhu, Linfang.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described herein are soft pigmented continuous inkjet ink compositions comprising an organic pigment, a solvent, a binder resin, and a conductive agent, wherein the organic pigment comprises particles having a particle size mean of about 100 nm to about 230 nm and a cumulative 99% particle diameter (D99) of less than about 600 nm."

The patent application was internationally filed on Jan. 25, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/012928.
