According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Examples of adapters (100) for an ophthalmological imaging apparatus (200, 300) are described herein. The adapter (100) is to support a mobile phone (204) having a camera (206) to capture images of a human eye. The adapter (100) may include a bracket (102) to hold the mobile phone (204). The adapter (100) may also include a coupling unit (106) to couple the bracket (102) to an optical unit (202, 302). The optical unit (202, 302) includes a lens to provide a magnified view of one of an anterior segment and a posterior segment of the human eye. A focal point of the camera (206) of the mobile phone (204), when placed in the bracket (102), and a focal point of the lens lie on a central axis (X) of the coupling unit (106)."
