MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511131730 A) filed by Iprgenix Consultancy Private Limited, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Dec. 25, 2025, for 'smart multi-mode jet washer with machine-learning cleaning optimization using solar-hybrid battery system.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Pankaj Kumar Goswami; and Dr. Garima Goswami.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an intelligent, battery-operated high-pressure jet washing system configured for railway, industrial, and large-scale cleaning applications. The system integrates an AI-adaptive cleaning module that utilizes sensor inputs-including vision, infrared, pressure, and flow sensors-to classify contamination levels and automatically adjust water pressure, flow rate, detergent dosage, and spray angle in real time. A solar-hybrid energy architecture comprising flexible photovoltaic panels, a maximum power point tracking controller, and a smart battery management system enables renewable charging and extended off-grid operation. A regenerative energy recovery unit converts kinetic and hydraulic energy generated during hose retraction or pressure release into electrical power for additional battery charging. The system is optionally mountable on a modular robotic cleaning platform equipped with autonomous navigation features such as LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and path-planning algorithms for automated or semi-automated cleaning of railway tracks, platforms, and coach exteriors. The invention provides a sustainable, smart, and autonomous high-pressure cleaning solution that significantly enhances cleaning efficiency, reduces resource consumption, and supports remote and off-grid operation."
