MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521105697 A) filed by PVG's College of Engineering & Shrikrushna S. Dhamankar Institute of Management, Nashik, Maharashtra, on Oct. 31, for 'smart medicine box and related methods.'

Additionally, the system supports multi-channel notifications and offers an Android app for managing medicine intake and providing emergency alerts. A Firebase database is utilized for storing medicine information and user data, making the system accessible for elderly individuals, visually impaired patients, or those with reading difficulties."
