According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system (102) for smart lab resource management comprising a plurality of agent machines (104) deployed across a laboratory environment, each configured to collect system resource utilization data comprising CPU usage, RAM usage, disk storage usage, and network traffic, and a server machine (106) comprising a SIEM manager (108) configured to receive and parse logs from the plurality of agent machines (104) and generate resource utilization alerts when utilization values exceed pre-configured threshold parameters, an indexer (110) configured to index and store the generated alerts, and a dashboard (112) configured to provide a graphical interface for viewing, searching, analyzing, and visualizing the stored alerts, wherein the server machine (106) is further configured to maintain a lab timetable comprising class schedule data, map the generated alerts to corresponding time periods in the lab timetable, and classify resource utilization patterns according to scheduled and unscheduled usage periods, and wherein the SIEM manager (108) is further configured to execute automated triaging of alerts by identifying and classifying running processes as authorized or unauthorized, automatically terminating unauthorized processes, and transmitting policy violation notifications to designated administrators."
