To meet these demands, this work introduces a smart Internet of Things (IoT)-based in-store navigation and 5 customer assistance system that uses an integrated approach and makes use of loT technologies. With the help of a system ofloT sensors and beacons distributed around the shop, customers may have their location tracked in real-time and get assistance based on their current situation. Customers get real-time route optimisation and personalised suggestions, among other advanced methods, on their smartphones, allowing the system to provide them intuitive navigational aid, 10 personalised promos, and product details. The system also has feedback features that employ user interactions to enhance navigation accuracy and customer service over time. Enhancing shopping efficiency, increasing sales via targeted offers, and creating a smooth and engaging retail experience for customers are all goals of the recommended solution."
