The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is a digital platform that facilitates the everyday use of technology by stores, service providers, and small enterprises. Because they lack the resources needed to efficiently run their operations and engage with customers, many small businesses find it difficult to transition to digital. By providing all the necessary functionality in one location, this platform resolves that issue. Businesses can use this platform to build their own online store where they can display the availability and prices of their products and services. Users can visit the platform, look at different businesses, compare their products or services, and then either buy products or book services easily. Business owners can also manage their employees using this system. They can store employee details, salary information, important documents, contact information, and manage leave. The platform also provides simple tools that show how the business is performing. It uses charts and dashboards to display information like sales, income, and other important details. Service providers, such as electricians or plumbers, can create their profiles on the platform and receive service requests from customers. This makes it easier for them to get work and for customers to find reliable services."
