A scheduler (12) rotates content automatically by duration and maintains continuous visibility of new data. An authentication system (13) controls user access and prevents unauthorized changes. A remote update interface (15) enables real-time content push without physical handling. The invention reduces paper usage and improves is communication efficiency in institutions and public environments."
