According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Students may face various issues while pursuing their academic goals and career development. For example, they may not be aware of the right mentors available, suitable collaboration opportunities, or how to find peers studying the same subjects. As a result, they may lose valuable time and opportunities due to lack of proper guidance. This project provides a Smart Collaboration and Career Guidance System to help students make their own informed decisions. The system provides an option to create a profile and automatically capture the interests, skills and academic details of the student. Along with details like role, subject interests, and career goals, the system gathers information from mentor profiles, collaboration room availability, session pricing and payment data collected from the platform. The system identifies the best mentor match for the student and provides useful information about them. After collecting all information, the system helps students to select the best mentor, earn better academic outcomes, whether to connect with a mentor immediately or join a collaboration room with peers at nearby skill levels, and reduce confusion and wasted effort in their academic journey."
