The system integrates with hospital digital infrastructure, wherein doctors (104) issue electronic prescriptions (106) that are converted into secure QR codes (112). Patients scan these codes at the dispenser (114), which verifies the prescription, authenticates the patient, and dispenses the prescribed medicines in accurate quantities without manual intervention. The invention incorporates modules for real-time inventory monitoring, stock updates, and expiry alerts while ensuring data security through encryption and controlled access (108). By reducing patient waiting time, minimizing dispensing errors, and enabling seamless integration with hospital information systems, the invention improves patient convenience, enhances medication safety, and supports the digitization of healthcare delivery. The system is scalable for use in hospitals, clinics, rural health centers, and telemedicine kiosks, thereby aligning with the vision of smart hospitals and digital health ecosystems."
