MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202044032248 A) filed by Schneider, Falk, Wangen im Allgau, Germany, on July 28, 2020, for 'sleeve buffer with a mechanical resistance in the case of a telescopic movement.'
Inventor(s) include Schneider, Falk.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A universal sleeve buffer (1) is proposed for movable or fixed loadbearing structures (5), with a first and second guide part in the form of a sleeve (3) and a plunger (2), it being possible for the sleeve (3) to be fastened in a stationary manner to the loadbearing structure (5), and it being possible for the plunger (2) to be displaced relative to the sleeve (3) in the vehicle longitudinal direction and being by the sleeve (3) in the case of its displacement movement, the first and the second guide part (2, 3) being configured in such a way that they can be displaced into one another telescopically, and with a force transmission member (9, 29, 39) for resiliently coupling the plunger (2) to the loadbearing structure (5), a structure (2a, 6, 7, 11) which forms a mechanical resistance being provided, in order to brake the telescopic movement in the case of one of the telescopic movements of the guide parts (2, 3) and/or the elongate sections (2, 8)."
