In traditional placement system, Placement coordinators typically use spreadsheets or basic software to track student details, company drives, and placement statistics, which are time- consuming and prone to errors. Students, on the other hand, rely on multiple platforms to find resources like internships, courses, and hackathons, resulting in a lack of centralized access to opportunities. Companies face challenges in coordinating with institutions due to the absence of a unified system for scheduling and conducting drives. In the proposed system SKILLSPARK offers an automated and centralized fi-amework hub, that enables students to create a digital portfolio, explore the personalized learning paths in which they are interested to develop the skill for the required job, and connect directly them with the recruiters. Companies are benefited from the streamlined drive scheduling, candidate filtering based on their selection criteria, and automated notifications. Whereas administrators can visualize the performance metrics, track placement statics and forecast recruitment trends through an analytical dashboard.Technologically, the platform leverages a modem web stack that includes React.js, Nodejs, and MySQL integrated with Firebase Authentication for secure user access and real-time data management.
