MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511126326 A) filed by Raghav Productivity Solutions Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Dec. 13, 2025, for 'size-specific inline magnetic purification integrated with vibratory segregation.'
Inventor(s) include Sanjay Kabra.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Size-Specific Inline Magnetic Purification Integrated with Vibratory Segregation An inline magnetic purification system integrated with vibratory segregation for continuous silica ramming mass manufacture and corresponding method are disclosed. The system comprises a vibratory segregator Vibrator 2 for less than 25 mm cut off from 25 mm to 30 mesh feedstock a rare earth magnetic separator MS 1 purifying less than 25 mm streams of ferromagnetic contaminants a vibratory segregator Vibrator 4 for less than 5 mm cut off yielding bands 4 to 5 mm 3 to 4 mm 2 to 3 mm 1 to 2 mm 0 to 1 mm and MS 2 purifying less than 5 mm streams of iron bearing impurities for example hematite rutile chromite. A plant level PLC enforces interlocks routing only purified outputs to size specific silos for example 0 to 5 mm to 7 to 12 mm from MS 1 finer bands from MS 2 preventing contamination. The method involves comminution staged segregation and purification and PLC controlled allocation to silos and/or ball mill ensuring purity without bypass."
