The clip slidably engages a radial edge of a third fin that has a major planar surface that is orthogonal to the common plane. The clip includes tabs that are configured to mechanically engage holes defined in the major planar surfaces of the first and second fins. The clip includes a pair of barbs that are configured to mechanically engage the barrel wall to resist a proximal movement of the clip with respect to the barrel and to slidably engage the barrel wall to allow a distal movement of the clip with respect to the barrel."
