MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013612 A) filed by Valeo Systemes Thermiques, La Verriere, France, on Feb. 26, 2024, for 'shutter for a shutter assembly.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A shutter for a shutter assembly comprises a longitudinal member with two ends. The shutter further comprises two pivots formed at the two ends of the longitudinal member respectively, wherein at least one of the two pivots comprises substantially at least partial spherical portion adapted to be received in and interact with a bearing hole formed in a frame of the shutter assembly. In one example, the pivot comprises spherical portion adapted to connect to the frame. In another example, the pivot comprises partial spherical portion adapted to connect to the frame."
